Burning Man is a unique personal experience, and is made possible only through your participation and understanding of the ten principles, of the culture and the spirit of this event. Your Burning Man experience is what you make it. We invite you to ask yourself “what do I want to get out of this experience, and how can I make the most of it for myself and for the others around me”.
With 70,000 like-minded “do’ers” in the same place and time, magic happens. Participate, learn, share, and have a blast. This is the place to be whoever you are without judgment, relax, be yourself and have a good time.
You will be greeted by our Limousine and transferred to our hotel in San Francisco to meet with other participants. You’re welcomed to our Welcome Cocktail to go over the tour details and preparations. After the event every participant will be transferred to their Flight on September 3rd, 2019.
San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
3 Hours Before Flight Time
You will be picked up from San Francisco Int. Airport by a private car and check in to our hotel to spend the night. There will be a Welcome Cocktail for our guests to know each other and going over the program to be ready for the week long entertainment, adventure and limitless fun.
After breakfast we will check out from our hotel and leave for Black Rock Valley where the Burning Man Event being placed. We will stop in Reno for last minute shopping to buy additional supplies, personal needs and some costumes for your preference.
We will arrive to Black Rock Valley early in the morning and check in to the event area. After we prepare our Tents it is time t have fun.
We will spend 7 days and nights in Black Rock Valley to dance, enjoy the shows, explore the art, meet with new people and limitless fun everywhere.
We will start to prepare for our departure early in the morning. After approximately 8 hours drive we will arrive to our hotel in San Francisco and will spend the night in our hotel.
Today we will say goodbye to our new friends and will head to our homes. TripOtour will provide complimentary transportation to San Francisco Int. Airport for every guests.
